E.N.P.A. Italian national board for the animal protection

ENPA Section Forli-Cesena. The ENPA is the Italian national board for the animal protection. Our cat shelter in Cesena relies completely on volunteers and donations made by the inhabitants of Cesena. The shelter is housed in an old abandoned house. Each year about 700 cats pass through our shelter. We follow the Trap Neuter Return policy but we desperately need a new shelter as we are forced to move out of the current one by our local comunity.
