there is no adoption facility in Palacios. All animals we have available are housed in foster care homes. OUR GOALS 1)Establish a low cost spay/neuter plan to help prevent unwanted pets. 2)Build a no kill shelter. 3)Find good homes for adoptable animals currently being destroyed. 4)Establish a Trap/Neuter/Release program for feral cats. 5)Educate children and adults about responsible pet ownership.
