Ann and Pete's Foster Home for Animal Alliance

Ann & Pete's Foster Home for Dogs is located in Pottageville, just North of Toronto, Ontario(Click Here for details) . We foster animals that are brought to us through Animal Alliance's Project Jessie Program. We rescue dogs from local pounds that are in danger of being sold for research. Knowing your local pound sells animals for research may come as a shock to you, but this is quite a common practice. Last year, we found homes for 240 dogs. We are strictly volunteers and receive no financial gains for our work. We have fostered for Project Jessie for 10 years and, before that, were regular fosters for the Alliston & District Humane Society.
