Our goal is to give all of the animals that need assistance the best opportunity possible with regards to their preferences, personalities, and particularities. A lot of effort is put forth in the process of finding a suitable match for the animal and the adoptive family. All animals are screened prior to placement. Animal Control Center Adopt A Pound Pet ProgramA new era has begun for the animals who find themselves stranded at the El Paso Animal Control Center. Beginning June 2007, a new adoption program was instituted by the El Paso Shelter And Rescue Coalition (EPSHARE).
