PAL Humane SocietyPAL Humane Society is a 501 (c)(3) animal welfare organization located in the City of Victorville, CA. PAL's goal is to reduce euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in the Victor Valley. In 2005 we adopted out 437 animals (most of them from owners unable to keep them). PAL is looking into grants and capital funding. Our short term goals are to have an educational program for children in the school systems, to develop a spay/neuter program using vouchers expecially for low-income families, and to work with the senior citizen community. We are located at 7100 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, Florida (five miles west of I-95). In 1974, the shelter became a division of the Public Safety Department. Programs and services were expanded to keep pace with the growing human and animal population. In 1980, the division became fully accredited by the Humane Society of the United States.
