ELMIRA CAT RESCUEElmira Cat Rescue is a grassroots, volunteer organization concerned with the overpopulation of abandoned cats trying to survive on our streets and surrounding rural roads. Our purpose is to work locally to rescue abandoned and neglected cats and help stop needless suffering. We do this through public education and a health and spay-neuter program.
