Personnel, Veterinarians, BLM, Fish & Game employees and County Animal Control Officers. Some of these animals have been hit by cars or off-road vehicles, maliciously used for target practice, munched by dogs or cats and some have simply been abused or released inhumanely by irresponsible owners. Pine Belt Animal Rescue Adoption CenterPine B.A.R.C. is a no-kill adoption center located on an 80 acre farm in Lamar County, Mississippi. We currently house more then 80 dogs in large fenced in areas. We depend on foster homes to house the cats and kittens.In addition to dogs and cats we are also set up to house hamsters and other pet rodents, rabbits and other small furry animals like ferrets, snakes and other reptiles and pet fish. We then pay for the medical treatment, and find the pets new homes. We also get many calls with dogs that have been found and are to be euthanized due to their breed.
