Community Concern For Animals

CCFA is a non-profit organization [501(c)(3)] seeking to provide a temporary holding shelter for healthy dogs and cats until they can be adopted. It is our purpose to neuter or spay all animals in our care to help cut down the pet population explosion! We have dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens for adoption. We take great pride in the excellent care your future pets receives while in our foster homes. The dogs and cats are kept at private foster homes, so we do not have standard hours of operation for viewing or paid staff to assist us. We appreciate your patience since we all lead very busy lives.

Coral Springs Humane Unit

We are a small unit with the Coral Springs Police Dept. All animals picked up are strays or running at large with no form of ID. We post their pictures in hopes of reuniting them with their owners. WE DO NOT DO ADOPTIONS. We work closely with rescue groups on all unclaimed animals. If you are interested in any of our animals, please email us, and if the animal is unclaimed and goes to a rescue group we will forward your information to the appropriate group and also email you their information.

Critter Care Farm

Critter Care was founded in 1988 and relocated to north Central Florida in 1998. We are non-funded volunteers, dedicated to the care and protection of ALL animals. We have many years of experience working with the care of animals, in Veterinary Hospitals, and Animal Shelters. We provide a safe shelter, love and care for lost, abandon, abused and stray animals of all kinds. Because of our work and experience with animals, we are called upon by many citizens to take in these animals, care for them, and try to place them into loving, secure, and permanent homes. Some have become permanent residents here at Critter care Farm. We have been Wildlife Rehabilitators since 1989 and hold permits with Fla Fish and Wildlife Conservation Comm. and the Dept. of the Interior US Fish and Wildlife Serive. Critter Care is NOT a business! We operate out of our own pockets at our home, because there is a need to help animals that can not help themselves. Donations from those who care about animals, help us to take in these injured. orphaned, and homeless animals. It helps us to vaccinate, spay/neuter, get medical treatment and feed them until they are placed in a "forever" home, or the wildlife can be returned to the wild.

Dalmatian Rescue of Tampa Bay

Dalmatian Rescue of Tampa Bay will save as many Dalmatians as possible from area shelters (from Citrus County to Sarasota) that are scheduled to be euthanized due to lack of room or health issues or pull those that are in dismay due to being in a shelter environment. We assist area shelters in placing Dalmatians through ongoing advertisements in local newspapers. Prospective owners are thoroughly screened with home and veterinary reference checks. We house 20 Dalmatians at our care-for-life sanctuary who are unable to be placed due to age and/or medical conditions. We provide ongoing support and education to all adopters. All Dalmatians placed are spayed or neutered and given all medical treatment needed at time of placement.
