Romie Cat RescueRomie Cat Rescue is not a shelter, but is a small rescue providing care for feral and stray cats in Harford County, Maryland. Feral colonies are managed through TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return). The cats are provided with food and shelter and receive future veterinary care when needed. Friendly and shy stray cats and kittens are rescued, given medical care, socialized if necessary and put up for adoption. Cool Cats Rescue and AdoptionCool Cats is a rescue and adoption organization helping to control the feral and abandoned cat population through humane alternatives. Our policy is to see NO KILL of especially the cats that are NOT known as "companion" animals. Unadoptable feral cats are returned to their colonies altered, current with shots & vaccines, and with their ears tipped. Our kitties may also be viewed at our foster homes and/or our main shelter mid-week & on weekends by appointment. Please note that the SPCA is the alternative for you if you have a domestic cat for which you are seeking a home. Our group concentrates on injured, stray, abandoned and wild cats only.
