Second Chance Cat Rescue of Maryland IncSecond Chance Cat Rescue is run by volunteers and is supported by donations. All donations are tax deductible and all moneys received are used for veterinary care, food and advertising for the adoptions of the cats. Volunteers foster the cats while they await new homes.
