New Hope RescueWelcome to NEW HOPE RESCUE. We are a group individuals that are trying to give a new life to the dogs that have been living in commercial breeding situations. Many of our dogs have never been handled or shown the outside world. They are available strictly for breeding purposes. It's now their turn at life. Most of the dogs that we rescue are in dire need of socialization. They want to be loved but are not sure how. We need people who understand these delemas and can show patience and a safe haven for these wonderful dogs to begin their new adventure into a good life. Cayuga Dog RescueTo rescue stray, abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs in Central New York, as well as dogs who are deteriorating in regional shelters or are scheduled for euthanasia due to shelter overcrowding. We place rescued dogs into foster homes where they receive needed veterinary care, and emotional, physical, and social rehabilitation on their way to carefully screened permanent adoptive homes. We provide ongoing consultation and support to foster homes and permanent adopters for the life of the rescued dog.
