	| FURRY Ferret Rescue is a non-profit 501(3)(c) organization.
We do not ship ferrets, nor do we breed.
Through the doors of our shelter, many a ferret have found new forever homes. We are dedicated to finding loving, caring homes for every ferret. If a ferrets' health or age does not allow for adoption, we care for that ferret until its natural death. We NEVER put a ferret to sleep because we could not find him/her a home.
We turn no ferret away, no matter the health, age, or lack of training. Medical needs are met, and manners are taught.
Here at FURRY Ferret Rescue, we believe that educating the potential pet owner is one of the most crucial things a shelter can do. An educated pet owner can provide a safer, happier, and healthier environment for their pet, thus making both the pet and themselves a good match. 7301 Watson Rd PMB 170, Webster Groves MO US 63119 Ph: 3146080370

	| Originally, we started out as Trixie's Angels Chihuahua & Friends in October of 2003. Since then, we've been through several changes and have settled on using the umbrella name of Trixie's Angels Rescues and then the sub-rescues listed above and on the pages of this website. Trixie's Angels Rescues is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization and is licensed by the Department of Agriculture in the state of Missouri. We are a strictly foster-based rescue. We do not have a shelter facility.

	| In 1983, in St. Francois County, Missouri, volunteers set up a small organization to rescue injured wild animals and transport them to appropriate wildlife rescue groups. Volunteers also responded to calls on abandoned, ill, and injured companion animals in need of veterinary care and homes. Some twenty years after these modest beginnings, the organization expanded into St. Louis to increase its adoption efforts. As we are new to this area, our name is not as well known. It refers not only to the organization's original site, but also honors the first advocate of compassion to animals, St. Francis of Assisi. PO Box 410122, St. Louis MO US 63141 Ph: 3149941033
