Pender Co. is 900 sq. miles of country roads and beaches, stretching east from Topsail Island to west of HWY 421 and south from the New Hanover county line to north at the Onslow and Duplin county lines. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The shelter is located in Burgaw, NC. about 25 miles north of Wilmington, NC. We are a fiscally challenged county shelter. This is the dog pound.
