I don't think many people realize what's going on until they visit a shelter or educate themselves. People tell me" the shelters should make more space", "they shouldn't kill dogs". Today's Treasures Rescue and AdoptionToday's Treasures Rescue and Adoption (TTRA) is a small group of volunteers dedicated to helping discarded pets find permanent forever homes.
