Micahs RescueI am driven to save as many good dogs as I possibly can. I pay for all the vet work, food, flea control, HW preventative, vaccines, dewormers, toys, treats, beds, and whatever else is necessary for these dogs. Don't think that by adopting from us you do not save a life. You do, because as soon as I place one I can then go to the pound and save another . Please do not be offended when we ask for personal information and references from you; we do not want these homeless pets to return to the same situation they came out of. If you do not see what you want, ASK, there may well be one on death row I know about but am too full to take in. We only take the most stable, healthy dogs. I have to hold a job to pay for saving and caring for these dogs, and stay extremely busy, so please send a detailed email w/references so we can evaluate the situation before we spend hours trying to find you a dog. Kentucky Doberman RescueThis program was founded over 4 years ago. In that time, we have assisted over 100 dogs with finding new homes. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, heartworm test, microchip, and do exams on every dog that we get into the program. Then, we foster them until an appropriate home can be found. WISCONSIN BORDER COLLIE RESCUEWisconsin Border Collie Rescue is the effort of a dedicated group of individuals who love the breed and are concerned about the growing number of unwanted Border Collies within the midwest. Our purpose is to take in the stray and the unwanted Border Collies and find them homes where they are loved and understood. It is our responsibility to give back and to help those Border Collies who would otherwise fall to the wayside. All of the Border Collies in our care are spay/neutered, heartworm tested and current on vaccinations. During the heartworm season they are on heartworm preventative. When possible, the dogs are also microchipped. During the time that they are with us, they are housetrained, and taught their basic manners.
