We are a ridiculously joyful rescue that deals almost exclusively with puppymill and breeder rejects. The "flaw" is usually that the adults are no longer profitable in the number of pups they produce, or the pups are broker rejects. Sometimes the flaws are very apparent, sometimes they are as slight as a cut on the edge of an ear or a tail too short. The majority of Flawdogs live here, but two wonderful neighboring families now foster their own batches of hooligans, also. There are different phone numbers for different dogs because we believe you should talk to the person living with the dog.....that way you get the most accurate information we can give...firsthand.

Flora's Pet Project is a 501(c)(3) charity, run entirely by volunteers and devoted to animal welfare. We are a foster home-based operation, and each pet offered for adoption through Flora's Pet Project, including every kitten and every puppy, has been neutered, vaccinated and tested for heartworm (dogs) or feline leukemia/AIDS (cats) prior to adoption. We also perform any medical procedures and provide any medications which the pet might require--everything from amputations to zithromax. These vet services are funded by tax-deductible donations to Flora's Pet Project

Florida All-Setter Rescue
The Florida All-Setter Rescue is a network of volunteers who protect and promote the Setter breeds (Gordon, Irish, English, and Irish Red & White). Our mission is to help save Setter lives throughout the State of Florida. As Setter fanciers, we strive to take care of our Setter friends who unfortunately, from time to time, get placed in the wrong home, are lost, or are unwanted because they no longer fit the family setting for one reason or another. Our foster families take these dogs into their homes, evaluate and get them ready for rehoming. Our Coordinator, Bonnie Foster, is also the Irish Setter Club of America Rescue Coordinator for Region 3, which includes NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, TX, OK, AR, and TN.
