PAL Humane SocietyPAL Humane Society is a 501 (c)(3) animal welfare organization located in the City of Victorville, CA. PAL's goal is to reduce euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in the Victor Valley. In 2005 we adopted out 437 animals (most of them from owners unable to keep them). PAL is looking into grants and capital funding. Our short term goals are to have an educational program for children in the school systems, to develop a spay/neuter program using vouchers expecially for low-income families, and to work with the senior citizen community.
